~ Butter the first fillo and place a second on top, the third and the forth buttering each one.
~ Place some of your filling after the forth fillo and spread it everywhere.
~ Place another fillo and do the same thing.
~ Continue the same way until you have no filling any more.
~ Place four sheets of fillo on the top buttering each one.
~ Fold the excess over the last fillo and butter the top.
~ With a knife cut the last fillo in diamond shapes and in the center of each diamond place a whole clove to hold the fillo together while is cooking.
~ Place in a preheated oven at 350 degrees and cook for about an hour or until golden brown.
~ Let it cool and cut your Baklava (diamonds shapes) to the bottom of the pan.

~ Syrup:

~ Place all syrup ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to boil.
~ Boil for about 10 minutes until it becomes thin syrup.
